PRACTICAL INFORMATION
for your holiday at the Hotel Das Innsbruck
Check-in & Check-out
Your room will be at your disposal from 3:00 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure. To avoid a wait at check-out time, please pay your bill the day before at the reception. If you would like a late check-out, please contact the font desk.. We will be happy to store your luggage for you on the day of departure.
Bicycle rentals
During the summer months, bicycles are availbale for hire (for a fee) a tthe Hotel Das Innsbruck.

Wheelchair users
We not only have 4 wheelchair accesible rooms which are designed for the needs of wheelchair uses, but also enable access to all hotel areas without ramps (restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, underground car park, spa area - with a passage width of 60 cm). Please note that our seminar room sare not completely barrier-free.
The Nordketten cable car enables barrier-free connection possibilities for summit experiences up to 2,250 m.

To make your stay at the Hotel Das Innsbruck a source of energy for everyday life, we have invested in two procedures which we hope will have a positive effect on the health and well-being of our guests.
Grander Water: biologically revitalized
Our tap water is 99% spring water from the Mühlauer spring and is considered some of the best drinking water in the world. The revitalization with Grander technology further refines the water to high biological standard. Grander water is even finer in taste, pleasant for skin and hair (you will notice this when showering and in our pool) and has a positive effect on your general well-being. Besides, it helps to save detergents and cleaning agents and thus protects the environment.
memon: Harmony between people and nature
The memon® technology is based on the scientific premise that disturbing and pathogenic information for humans emanates from electromagnetic fields and pollutants in water.
The Hotel Das Innsbruck uses a "4-system memonizer" in the hotel as well as in the pool to suppress and harmonize these invisible, but for many people perceptible influences.
